the open road is a path reached through spiritual enlightenment said to be available to everyone all the time which makes everything possible to its traveler...of all things I did not know this until about 4 months ago - I wrote the song 2 1/2 years ago when I began searching my soul for the meaning of my existance. This song I believe was a foreshadowing of things to come.
